Gamers take a chance on this "fun" Reno gambling getaway that has "everything to make you comfortable": "roomy" quarters, solid "customer service" and options for kids (watch out, there are "lots" of them); but discriminating travelers who say the "poorly" lit rooms have "noisy heaters" and "don't offer conveniences" (where's the "in-room coffeemaker"?) describe it as closer to a "motor lodge" than a resort.

The hotel lobby adjacent to casino and very smokey. been to other casino hotels and they had much better air conditioning and air filtration.
OK for price. Food and drink prices high compared to Las Vegas.

Did not like resort fee. Did not like casino!
This is not a hotel it is a casino facility. My family wanted a 3 star hotel not a 4 star casino. We were charged a daily resort fee though we did not use pool or other facilities.

The room was updated/modern and clean.
Very nice rooms, but not recommended if you're a non-smoker. Hard to get away from the smoke smell.

The room was amazing, great bed, fantastic decor and free WiFi!
Parking situation was a little odd, in relation to doors of hotel; but valet was free : )
I was really impressed. Seeing this hotel from the road, I thought it was going to be pretty cheesy.
